Day 5 Le Tuc to Malaise 17.4kms and 120m (85.3kms and 1891m)

A gentle day, but spring has sprung.
We have discarded our jackets!
We walked into Moissac for an early lunch and enjoyed the Sunday markets.
Hundreds of people crowded the town square, drinking coffee (espresso), beer (at 10.30), buying asparagus, pastries, samosas, cheeses, sausages, clothes, baskets, tomatoes and lettuce. We bought a new rubber for a walking pole from a hiking store.
All on Easter Sunday in a religious country  - unexpected.
After leaving Moissac we followed a canal for about ten kilometres.

We never quite overtook this house barge which went at 3-4kms per hour, but didn't stop for bagettes.
How did they know we were going to Pamplona?
Our Chambre d'hotes seems very friendly and I am writing this as we wait for dinner.
Five days down - we might actually do this!
Bye
Bye for now
